Hi, I’m Kalen, Licensed Clinical Therapist and founder of The Reign Co., a space created to support women, teens and families through the real, raw and often overwhelming seasons of life.
I became a therapist because i believe deeply in the power of being seen and heard. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, especially around motherhood and identity, my goal is to create a space where you feel grounded, validated, and supported in your journey.
My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative and rooted in evidence-based practices. I draw from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Strength-Based approaches to meet each client where they are, tailoring treatment to their unique needs, goals and lived experience.
I specialize in working with women during the perinatal period, as well as teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and identity shifts.
